I suggest doing the reverse of the Stack all function, i.e. split in xxx. This would greatly improve the logistics for Planetary Industries in particular. But also for the production in general.
The right click on a resource in its inventory or in a hangar would allow to split the resource in y state of xx value to be determined by the player.
Example :
20 000 Oxygen → ‘Split in 250’ == 80 pack of 250 oxygen
