Actually against Angel Cartel.
You just have to fit for it. Just like Blood and Sansha. PVE is not that hard, it just can be time consuming…
Last night I lost a Cruiser to PVE because i took the wrong fit into the fight LOL… I was a little mad, but then I took the right ship in there and cleared the site in no time.
DED 4/10 for Angel Cartel is Occupied mining colony. Out of curiosity, how do you kill the Excavator in second room in Probe?
I believe the fit I used for that had T2 missile launchers, with Fury Rage Nova missiles. I had 2 fit, no cloak, flight of 3 Hob IIs. Ballistic computers, and shield/ speed tank fit.
It took FOREVER to kill that one ship but it can be done.
