I think it’s great. Make the 4 Empires more insulated and cut off from each other. Where you live should matter.

I don’t get the joke … Niarja is mostly peaceful these days, and only a few jumps from Amarr and less often from Jita.

Nah, don’t revert Pochven systems. This way, pilots are more encouraged to use wormholes to travel between trade hubs.

Which works fine, until you run in to a random trig spawn because it has an active WH to one of those systems

What are you flying that is threatened by a random trig spawn at a gate or station? They seem mostly harmless.
Personally? nothing, but i’m not the only person that exists in EVE and i regularly see lots of things explode to trig spawn 
Autopiloters.
