No belt respawn after DT

I needed to find a hauler for testing but there were no belt respawns. Is this a known bug?

i have claimed sov with system that all belts are totally empty… belts are empty for two days and empty even shortly after dt

Possibly fixed, belts respawned after 1-2 days.
