ive killed 3 ships and gotten the final blow on all 3 but still have no kill marks on this ship.
according to this website i should have them but they do not appear https://mossworks.xyz/killmarks/ (you will need to search for the jackdaw).
You should file a bug report. Best way to get CCP to address this issue.
