Leveraging Noir.’s freeport in UAJ-5, Noir. Militia members will be launched together into the furthest reaches of nullsec to survive, strive, and thrive in the target rich environment of the Dronelands. Militia members will need to work with each other to succeed, with Noir. providing logistic support, guides, SRP and incentives, and additional fleet opportunities when we can.
If you’re not familiar with us, Noir. is EVE’s oldest and most storied mercenary unit in EVE Online history. The most active, most deadly, and most improved/developed Militia pilots will be invited to join Noir. on contracts and given more frequent feedback. Those on this track who continue to do well will earn a vouch to join Noir. fulltime if they want.
Is It For Me?
Like Noir. Academy before it, Noir. Militia is ideal for aspiring space mercs who are newer players, returning veteran PVPers, or people who have spent most of their EVE time in less violent pursuits. Militia members will build camaraderie, develop or de-rust their skills, and have a ton of fun along the way.
TBH We’ve spent a large amount of time identifying the best staging to keeping both newer pilots and experienced pilots wanting to test their skills happy.

I joined NM a few weeks ago. Very organized and has a nicely structured progression starting off with the method of recruitment, which incorporates a recruitment fleet - which I have never heard of before. So far has continued with what I see as a clear process and structure for how new recruits are developed into more knowledgeable pilots and FCs overall.
I joined NM a month ago and have improved a ton in a short time. The folks you can learn from are insanely skilled as well as helpful and hit the right mix of giving guidance and challenging you to figure things out with support where you need it to stretch you and grow you quickly.
