where can i look to find installations where i can do reactions and research. I’m currently going thru star map opening info system by system. any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

you check the structure browser and/or the industry window, facilities tab.

Yeah that pilot is in Fraternity and could probably have access.
Reactions can only occur in Player-owned structures in LS and NS, there will be non in HS.
