How do you build a station…? Lets say an engeniering complex… I know the material gathering and industry… but than how do you throw it in space? U loot it in cargo and jettison it

Right click on the packaged station in your hold and there should be a launch option.
The most important thing is to read up on the upcoming changes in the Feb release and make sure you have the numbers to defend it.

The most important thing for ciradels of any kind is to be in a good corp/alliance/coalition. Otherwise it is just asking for pain
