Not getting reset password to emails

ive sent multiple tickets no one has replied in over 3 days
i have tried the below

  1. Check your “Spam” and/or “Junk” Folder(s).
  2. Check the “Promotions” Folder/Tab.
  3. Add “eveonline@service.ccpgames.com” as a contact in your e-mail.
  4. Attempt to log in once again and check if the e-mail verification arrives.
  5. Please try to access the Recover Account page via a private tab in Mozilla Firefox (Ctrl+Shift+P), or incognito mode in Google Chrome (Ctrl+Shift+N) or another browser.
  6. Make sure that no extensions are enabled on the browser.
  7. Please clear the browser’s cache, and try one more time from an incognito/private tab.

and still nothing the GM who mailed me that has ignored me ever since they sent this any suggestions

I had some luck doing it with my phone if it helps, I was using Brave browser last time but have had it work with Chrome as well.

ive tried it with multiple browsers and nothing

I got the same problem.
I cannot login to my main account - I was able to crate this alpha but I just wont receive any verification email.
Also password reset wohnt work - no email is reaching me.

Tried anything I could do on my end, but it seems their email server might be having trouble?

Recommend contacting support from the email that is having issues via support@eveonline.com directly.

Without any knowledge of which email provider folks are having issues with, will be hard to provide any advice on the forums. Support will be able to see the pattern and reach out to the email provider to resolve the issue.
