Hi, Authentication emails are not sent to email adress and can’t change method to Enable Authenticator… Checked also spam.
Please wait 10 minutes between each request otherwise the system will consider your ip address as hostile resulting in a delayed response.
If you had not received an email then check your details before trying again.
If that doesn’t help then follow the contact page to submit your ticket request.
I’ve had this happen and ended up having to change my email address to get it resolved…
