Hi, Authentication emails are not sent to email adress and can’t change method to Enable Authenticator… Checked also spam.
Please wait 10 minutes between each request otherwise the system will consider your ip address as hostile resulting in a delayed response.
If you had not received an email then check your details before trying again.
If that doesn’t help then follow the contact page to submit your ticket request.
I’ve had this happen and ended up having to change my email address to get it resolved…

I have the same issue. No verification codes for 2 of my accounts. Reached out to the support guys 2 weeks ago, for a week I haven’t heard ANYTHING from them anymore and my accounts are still locked out.
I have the same issue. I contacted support. They are telling me to make another email address to assign to my account… Sounds fishy. I am able to login to the website but i get prompted to use email verification on a computer that i have always played on. I don’t have any suspicious logins on my account. This is extremely frustrating because i haven’t played in a few months and i re omega to play and now i have to wait to have this issue fixed. It has already been a day and I’m still waiting to just be able to login to my account in the launcher.
Have you tried “Whitelisting” the CCP email sender? From another thread on same issue:
I have the same problem, no response from CCP for about one week after verifying the account details. I got 5 accounts that do not receive the code.
