3 of my accounts are blocked and there is no response from CCP SUPPORT!!
How is this even possible??? I am trying to resolve this for 3 friggin weeks but the GMs stopped responding to my tickets!!!
I am not receiving verification codes for several accounts, some function, some not, even though they all registered with the same e-mail address. Other sorts of emails, no issues whatsoever, but verification codes do not appear in my mailboxes!!
yes they are all in spam. except for some which aren’t. They are simply not there, in no folder.
You can “unsubscribe” from auth mails? This would be a deeply flawed design, ain’t it? But no, I didn’t.
You could also consider adding the EVE email sender to your email “whitelist”, to make sure incoming emails aren’t being blocked for some reason.
thanks, that was it. After adding ccpgames.com to the white list I receive the codes again.
Weird, how selectively only specific mails from that domain were filtered out, just for some accounts and for some not. Wonky af.
I think the problem is the truly massive amount of filtering most high-end email providers are doing these days to screen out junk, phishing, scam links etc. So emails that cross certain lines don’t even go to Spam, they just disappear along the way.
Glad you got it resolved, hope the thread helps some other people with the issue. It’s not uncommon.
