i have multiple accounts, several of them will not receive emails from the eve verification, i white listed the eve email domain all of those steps, i got an email from support giving me some ideas on how to fix it. the verification email is never sent to my email address. i deleted and recreated the email account under the same name. support contacts me with 1 or 2 emails then they stop responding. how can i get support to help me with a problem that i cant resolve on my own?
Same email provider for all of them?
I have the same issue, 5 accounts based on an office 365 email, others on another email domain in office 365 works fine, no reply from CCP in a week so I assume there is a bug out there.
