Attempting to access Sisi for the first time. My main has been around for years.
When I go to log in, I’m prompted to retrieve a security code from my email, but I have not received it in 45 mins.

Two factor authentication does not work on SISI, there are many threads about this issue. CCP show no sign of doing anything about it.
As far as I am aware the only way around this problem is to disable two factor authentication completely.
