Now that CCP has been sold... Can we deal with bots?

It was clear that the only thing that mattered to CCP for the last 2 years was driving down costs and keeping 1/4 subs as high as possible. This allowed their owners to get the best price possible which they have done.

Could CCP continue on the antibot/isbox path and start real action against botters? One option would be to allow volunteer GM’s from in game corps who could target opposition bot fleets. Of course their actions would be recorded and verified by CCP. Seems like a great cost free plan.
