Why should peaceful players must pay for the core now but wardec raiders didnt forced to pay anything for their actions? Weekly fees easly avoided by ending war before it or just didnt pay the bill. 100 mil of initial paymet is a joke on the background of quantum cores prices.
Even 3 weeks of war easly covered by single astrahaus QC (cheapest)
