Id give 70 bill for top one maybe more depending on standings if you can use quanton anomaly it has a more detailed board I think
They will all 100% be worth selling most prefer a focused character rather than trying to be a jack of all trades when lower skill points and these all seem fine in that way so you will sell them all for sure.
Also the implants are fine on him as said id offer 70b for him maybe youd get a little more if you list id bid.
