Spanish speaking groups do exist. Just off the top of my head (these are not recommendations, do your own research): Rekium (Imperium), Squad V (CO2) and FW Scuad (Repo).
I’d recommend you read the following guide on how to find a good corp.
Keep in mind that some groups will have you join an academy corp if you are still a newbie.
