If you get the longer hack range, make a tractor beam be able to scoop the hacked cans too 
Otherwise it’s a bit pointless. Or make the modules yield things into cargo? Drop a can? idk.

A faction HIBC (Heavy Interdiction Battle Cruisers) with a Covert Ops Cloak? On paper, it sounds like a wet dream for every BLOPs fleet intending to tackle supers.
Where did you get the heavy interdiction part?
It may have a bubble as part of the model, but I don’t think the ship can generate warp disruption models like a HIC.
I think the ship looks great (if a bit out-of-place with the rest of the SoE lineup) and the bonuses are interesting. I’m not sure how useful range on hacking is going to be and we have no idea about the new command bursts yet, but I hope there’s some gas huffing bonus in it so it can boost a fleet of Prospects huffing gas.
Edit: I guess you mean the Zero-point mass entangler, which is a HIC module but does not allow the creation of bubbles but instead can massively reduce the weight of the ship. The purpose (I guess) is to let this exploration ship fit through even the tiniest wormholes.

Ah, you’re right. I misread that one. Not as useful for PvP application as I initially thought then.
It would also be - like the design - a bit out of line with the other SoE ships.

They said there is also a “Navy” faction, the same that makes the longer range scooper magnet… Culissier, Colassier. Consortium…?
It will be good for some nice, shiny killmails because some people think stats compensate skill. I like!

With as much cargo space and features as the Odysseus has I expect people will be tempted to turn it into very nice loot piñatas.

I love the concept and I’m very much looking forward to it. Also the name is just right. If anything I’m kind of surprised it took CCP this long to release an exploration-oriented hull with the name. I grew up on The Odyssey, read it first when I was 4 years old. So it will have sentimental value for me in any case.
I don’t think it looks out of place with the other SOE hulls. Fits it exactly, they all have that circle thing, so this one has gone 1 dimension up.

Yea, it’s a very fitting name for a ship meant for long expeditions!
It looks like the perfect daytripping ship for wormholes and low sec.
Doesn’t really seem to be a single-boxing ship like predicted in that video. It has a decent SMB but no space for a POS, or another way to park it safely. Combat wise, it’s literally just a Stratios with an extra drone and more buffer which is not very impressive. It’s also quite slow. If this thing jumps an unscouted wormhole and finds a small camp, it’s just dead with no recourse. W-space has been pretty dead lately, but I still don’t think I’d take that kind of risk with a 2bn+ ship.
