First of all, I am officer of State Protectorate, not the Navy itself, even if State Protectorate is umbrella of the Navy, we have different goals, chain of command and rank system.
Second, State Protectorate is fighting the war in low security space, not “hiding” from anyone, primary sphere of activity of State Protectorate pilots is low security space. We are the most active detachment of State army forces.
Third, policing the space from criminal trash like CODE pilots is not our primary activity, that goes first to CONCORD, partly to the Navy and sometimes to private Megacorp security forces.
Fourth, I see everything that happens on grid. Obviously it didn’t. There were no your ship around, there were no your supposed target around. I wouldn’t be surprised if you killed one of your own external agents in a mining just for the sake of bolstering in doing something like that.
