As for being a nihilist – I am not a nihilist because nihilism is the philosophy of the depressed.
My personal philosophy is that philosophy is constrained by the informal axioms of language so the most you can hope for in trying to use language as the medium of truth is a few fundamental tautologies.

It’s just a phrase, Miz. It means something like “let there be enough cleansing fire to wipe out the corrupt nation states to ensure freedom and peace, and maybe just a little extra to deal with the capsuleer menace on the same go”. It’s just less catchy if put that way.

If you think the fall of the “corrupt nation states” will lead to “freedom and peace,” you’re dreaming a beautiful and sad dream-- one that’ll meet reality like water meets metallic sodium. The survivors are apt to find that getting to even where we are now was actually really really hard.
This world isn’t corrupt because of some evil you can purge; it isn’t even really corrupt. It’s just sort of jerry-rigged, full of people who’ve done what they could with what they had. Anything that emerges after will be jerry-rigged, too. It’s all like that, up to the top and down to the bottom.
And if you think cutting or burning a bunch of it away will give you “freedom and peace,” you’re apt to learn to your cost: it’s way easier to make it worse, than better.

There’s evil in the current system that must go; before we can build up to a better one. Current status quo is slow death. The burning part is a necessary condition to a better world.
