Omega account - Alpha Status

Not really a new topic as this was an issue in 2020…

I have an OMEGA account, but can not do anything or train anything, because it shows me as an Alpha Clone. This is what I have done so far;

  1. Cleared File Cache
  2. Logged on and off several times.
  3. Submitted a ticket…but that will take at least a day or longer…

Anything else I can try?
