Last 50% off Omega + MCT bundle (12+24m) were 8 months ago in NES - Not a year :wink:

Last time in the Eve store at 209,90$ were 9 months ago. (if I didn’t overlook one)

But it is 1 of the 2 best deals by far that has been given in NES. (Skill extractors 2 for 1 beeing the other)

Other excellent NES deals:

24 MCT 40% at 2760 plex, but last 2 times this was changed to a 24 MCT 30% deal at 3220 plex.

10 Genius Boost 30% at 1260 plex

I think the reason the Author says “no thanks” to this current 3-1 deal is because it’s kinda bad compared to any other historic sales in NES and it really dosen’t make much sense as you would have to top it up with 2 months of Omega to match 1/2 a year for an account.
Its simply just a bad deal.

Well, they explicitly said that they want to go away from ppl hoarding PLEX when PLEX is cheap in the store and then waiting for NES deals when Omega/MCT for PLEX is on sale, basically combining two sales on top of each other, while keeping PLEX off the market for months…

So, good luck waiting…

the recent sell is kinda trash, it’s almost twice as expensive as the regular 12omega+24mct sale so it’s well worth the wait…

It most definitely included the NES.

You call it the ‘regular’ sale, but after CCP’s article where they announced they wanted to do sales in a different way, a more accurate description may be to call it the ‘old’ sale.

And it appears the ‘new’ version of the MCT sale is the sale we got last week.

I could be wrong and in a few months time CCP does the old sale again. But I wouldn’t expect it.

PLEX prices have been going down since CCP included small amounts of PLEX in lots of packages as part of their new sale philosophy.

It may be that CCP does better sales around black friday or Christmas.

Demanding it may be a bit much though, as OP is doing.

People have been whining pretty hard about the increased Omega prices a few years ago. I’m sure CCP heard but also decided not to act on it.

well they kinda did for a bit, like adding plex in omega package. think they also did like 3 consecutive plex discount in the last month or 2, that’s why plex price dropped from 6.2 to 5.3. but the culprit is always inflation…they shouldn’t have buffed the ratting bounty back in January, people were making 10bil in hours in null with thunders and smartbombers.

that was also why mineral price index went so high…I knew a guy who made 100bil in a week simply farming havens

I personally took advantage of the 3600 plex for a years sub offer simply because I had the Isk to buy them.

It was somewhere around 18bn I think.
