Is this the thing with Highsec Guardians and their fleet of Ospreys that don’t actually seem to be repping each other ? At least, I could not see any logi links when I had a look.

Yes that’s right , you don’t need the logi links it’s all about the burst rep , you often burn out reps before cap is out or it’s very close.
