I could be doing this wrong, but I was unable to get this to work when running a (Angel site) today. I ran a few and none of them triggered this.
Their also isn’t a listing of Faction to Capture For when creating an opportunity.
(I’m unable to create a image, can only post one image at a time) Only the main 4 empires show up in that drop down.
I set mine to any, and this still didn’t trigger for me.
I’m assuming this will be fixed later, but I wanted to post it here incase no one has said anything yet.
