Once again, a ridiculous number, that is totally arbitrary.
There are way too few of these ships in the game to establish a market price, and even fewer change hands to establish a reliable value.

Just more marketing hype that is utter crap, but a number someone in CCP can distribute to all the gaming mags to try to drum up interest in a game that is way past its prime.
