This is why you use a Rokh. It includes the shield resist boost with the hull.
This sounds an awful lot like the return of jetcan mining and can flipping.

I find it all very interesting. Like everything in EvE, its all about choices. There are many posts asking why Alphas can’t use ORE ships and several good answers. There are alternatives. The Rokh is such an alternative for the reasons stated above. Is it a good fit? Is it worth the investment? Should the fit be modified? All are questions only the miner can make.
My purpose to sharing the fit was to demonstrate that almost anything can be done in EvE. How, why, and whether it should can only be answered by the individual player given their individual circumstances.
