Then CCP can offer specialized clone bays for PLEX in a NES near you.
(Bringing this idea further it could even be something similar to what SKINR is for SKINs so players themselves could design new types of character models.)

You have a tatoo in your face that you can color in various different shades. That’s more than enough makeup for someone like you. You can even already give yourself eyeshadow in various colors. You don’T need lipstick and skirts to uglify the char more.
I really see a huge missed opportunity. Look at the game sea of thieves. They make most their money exclusively through paid cosmetics. But the game still has a vast array of earnable cosmetics simply by playing the game. Role play seems to be a forgotten attribute about a role play game. Any player should be able to play the character they wanna be. The opportunity to take current fashion evolve and mutate it into something that would exist into the future would be interesting to see. Saying we wouldn’t have certain fashion styles in the future is just completely absurd. As studies have shown every forty years, our culture seems to be recycled. This is why you see zoomers wearing trip pants from back when I was a kid. Being able to take something and make it familiar, yet alien, it’s really cool. And i’m sorry, a dominox looks like an upside down, shoe.
if it wasn’t for the stupid walking in stations, we probably wouldn’t be able to have the cosmetics and attires we currently have… i for one don’t give a f… keep RL politics and other crap like dresses and ■■■■ for men, out of EVE. i doubt a clone 210000 years in the future is really gonna care that they wanna wear a dress or whatever .
I am not arguing against selling cosmetics. I am arguing against removing gender locks. It’s simply not necesssary.
Dresses for men is very much ingame politics though, have you ever seen the Amarr?
That is also in-game religion.
