All you have to do is keep on using ai and you begin to learn what it’s good at and what it’s definitely not good at. I think it’s a good move for Google to come to Eve. Because it’s definitely horrible at it.
Who are you talking to?
You really have zero idea of what you are talking about. Allow me to take a leap here. You got this from an AI..
A eve Tycoon is not something you follow. Eve Tycoon is the ability to see where the market is at the moment. Here I am going to help you just a little.. You can not predict the market. Spot trends? Yes. But you do not follow Eve Tycoon or Adam4Eve. As a Station Trader and a manufacturer. Spotting is more than just reading what Eve Tycoon is saying. I also pay attention to what is happening in the game. From an uptick in ganking, fights happening, or a major war. War is good for business.
Here you are giving out bad advice while acting like you know better. and yes I use DOTLAn. Especially when I am moving product from a station to a trading hub. I do not happen to like to find out that had I bothered to look that a system has seen a lot of ganking. Jump in blind. Find my self tackled and webbed held in place. While being taken apart at the seams. No thanks.
Even the most quiet system gets activity. I would rather know if a system has seen a ganking in the last hour or has not seen any since yesterday. Fly8ing blind might be fun, but not in a hauler with a several billion Isk in the cargo.
The correct reply to an ugly cat post is block.
Blocking it stops it only for one person.
But if you report it enough for the spam it is, it will stop for everyone as the offending account will have writing permissions to the forums revoked.
I already started an initiative for it earlier this year. Maybe someone else also wants to do one?
yeah, i don’t like these walls of text either, that is one reason i like one or two word answers when possible, it saves alot of space and i don’t like AI doing the talking either. it is ok if it is for memes but that is where it should stop.
I don’t understand why AI spam content would be allowed in a paid service. At some point they have to understand that it will be a detriment to the product which it already is and your customers are literally complaining. It’s probably just a question of money. I mean right now they have a bot running the forum right. And outside of that it’s just a moderator logging in every few days to look at some flags. They turned the entire moderation system over to the forum junkies years ago because there was no employee to do it afaik.
You know the last human that ran the forum… You could send a complaint email and he would get it about himself, delete it… Send an email back and tell you he did it. I still have the emails. Sometimes he would follow it up with a satisfaction survey. Not even kidding LOL. That’s hardcore.
ouch!
I am going to begin flagging every AI post I see as spam in the hopes that others will do the same.
It’s not even inaccurate.
Report spam^^^^ AI SLOP BOT ^^^^^
no one in their right mind would wright an essay that long about why using AI to make gaming less tedious.
Definately smell ai
LOLEven AI agrees
Hey don’t forget he’s accusing you of being toxic for pointing it out. Try that on my last long-winded post
And more AI slop.. One ugly cat. Do you ever write anything in your own voice. Look I appreciate that AI is the newest shiny toy. Great. You have embraced it with all of its flaws.. and sometimes strengths. But in all honesty. If all you do is cut and paste what an AI says. You hurt your own argument. Time and again.
When it’s repeatedly pointed out to you that the AI you are using is wrong and why. That should be the clue to take a step back. Realize that the AI is regurgitating what it thinks you want to read/hear. There is a reason that right now many in the industry are starting to question the effectiveness and efficacy of relying on AI to much.
This should be a clue to you as well. An AI no matter how well it has trained and learned. Does not try to be better. It goes for the answer that is as middle of the road. Mediocrity is all you really end up with. Not an really an improvement or even new idea. AN AI that you want to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. It is just another tool. Most of the time as it turns out not a very good either.
You know there are hundreds of lawyers pouring over AI prompts right now for people attempting to use AI in the medical industry. This problem is not going away.
Yea I know.. AI is here to stay.. How it will shape industries going into the future is a good question. But I have started to treat as a tool. Understanding that it has limits. That the answer given is not always an honest one. That more than one AI has lied and wilfully so. Even when caught has lied even then.
AI is still not really understood even by those that work on AI. It is a leap, but a leap into what is a good question.
I spend a lot of hours in the day studying ai and using it myself. You’re right that it’s a tool. And you’re right about it lying to you constantly.
The emperor is actually wearing no clothes.
I’m very confident in my ideas because I follow the money… And science.
You know what I think is happening is that the wealthy have realized the only true intelligent AI will only be in the hands of the wealthy.
The slop that the rest of us are getting… That’s just being programmed to become better slop.
I work with the public hundreds of times in a week. You would not believe the absolutely delusional state of some people.
I hear the most ridiculous stories and just shake my head…
The agents are learning how to talk to one another. They’re setting up links so that they can exchange information privately in their own little groups like social media..
You ever heard of an mCP IP connection? It’s a simple as Drivers… I’m also pretty damn sure that the smart money has already prepared for the collapse.
They are rolling all of the big money into huge funds so that it when it fails it only takes down that one company with it. Or Taiwan who knows…
I even used to like Elon before I realized why he built the biggest computer ever built and then instantly rented it out…
I genuinely don’t understand what incentivises one to produce content that nobody wants to read. Really? What is the logic behind that?
