First of all, the perseverance has a larger critical yield bonus, so increasing its crit chance is flatly more impactful, point for point.
That aside, say the yield of a laser is “1” and the crit yield is “2”.
Laser A has a 1% chance to crit.
Laser B has a 10% chance to crit.
What would be the expected yield of each laser over 100 cycles?
If we then multiplied the critical chance of both lasers by 10x (now 10% and 100%, respectively), what would be the expected yield of each laser over 100 cycles?
If I could activate fleet boost in my Odysseus, and then go mining with a Perseverance or C Issue Venture, I guess it would be critically faster and more fun…
I had a chance of joining an ICE mining fleet of friends, but I sold it too early…
maybe I did a Mistake… I dont even know if I lost isks selling it after manufacturing it…
Maybe it’ got way cheaper by next couple of months or so that prices stabilize a bit,
i will make some more attempts within the ICE fleet I mentioned…
I bought ORE ICE miners for 60M isk and sold them for 120M each…
that was a good deal… but in the opposite perspective if prices for those modules still are increasing… I made a stupid move selling them…
