Minor skill that inceases space in

  • station containers
  • planetary orbital spacing
  • on a planetary surface, the launch storage area
  • on a planetary surface, the storage
  • others?

To a modest degree, say 5% per level. Maybe tie it to a few other skills, to make it more of a growth/expansion skill aquired over time.

And planet side Mac Trucks would be useful.

Can we turn over the whole PI Thing to the folks that do Civ? To die for.
