When I’m about to start extractor it says 54k resources per hour.
When I do start but not confirm it shows 7 times less resources(7.4k per hour)

When submit changes to planet it start mines with this weird ammount like x4 less of usual.
Look at the actual cycle time on the extractor when you submit the changes, with a program duration time of 1d 30m I’m betting you have an extraction time of once every 15 mins or less. The extractor itself is showing you what its pulling per CYCLE not per hour.
If the link loads above is an example of what I’m refering to cycle shows less than the average per hour because its just that an average of what youll get over the entire program duration not what you will get every cycle.
