Career Agents and Data Center Agents won’t help repair negative Pirate Faction standings so no need to include them in that list…
You didn’t mention Security Agents with Mining and Distribution Agents… All of those Agents will definitely help repair negative Pirate Faction standings, albeit rather slowly by offering a Storyline mission after completing 16 regular missions…
Anyway, first thing to do in repairing negative Pirate Faction standings is to train up various skills in the Social Skills group:
- Diplomacy
- Social
- Negotiation
- Criminal Connections
As others have mentioned, run the Level 3 Pirate Epic Arcs for a quick boost in Faction standings… Those can be completed every 90 days for a large Faction standing increase…
Next run the Pirate Cosmos Agents… There’s a few Angel and Guristas Pirate Cosmos Agents located in High Sec space and a large amount located in NPC Null Sec space..
If at any time you don’t have enough Faction standing to access the next level Pirate Cosmos Agent, run regular missions for Level 3 Security, Mining or Distribution Pirate Agents to get a Storyline mission… I suggest Distribution since those missions can be completed rather quickly compared to the other Agent Divisions…
Most importantly remember that all Empire Faction Standings (Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar, Concord, etc) will incur large negative Faction standing hits… However most of those can also be repaired and or maintained…
