That takes effort, not something a zero effort carebear leech wants to commit to. It’s much easier to rejoin (a day ago) a group that already has pocos to then claim they’re yours. And to continue leeching.

You can bash them afk on a alpha clone in a destroyer while ur at work or something. Change is really low you get ganked while killing one that is abandonned anyway. Talking to the owner sometimes also helps. You can offer them not to destroy it if they keep the tax low. Replies for unused poco’s would usually be positive.

You really had to reply to a thread 24 days later. XD Already been hashed out with OP’s weak points about PI. Just bash them down. CCP made it easier to bash PIs recently also. Now I added to the snowball 
CCP made it easier to bash down a Gantry… not a POCO. The Gantry is the pre stage of a POCO.
