Yes, you must always treat other Capsuleers with respect even when some of us are miners.
Technically, according to canon lore, miners are not capsuleers.
That’s why we are allowed to dispose of them.
Not sure about that but either way doesn’t matter as more importantly…
How can someone do that when:
Pod pilot candidates are a rare breed. Only 14 percent of all those who apply are able to make it past prescreening into basic training, and only around 5 percent of those manage to make it through the entire program and go on to become capsuleers.
Imagine going through all that successfully, being part of the 5%… only to become a Venture miner or any other kind for that matter, wasting all that talent on staring at rocks or AFK mining while watching videos, movies and whatnot.

Give industrials and mining ships turret and missile bonuses, or more hardpoints.

why? better if CCP teleports free ore directly into your hangar, that would be the ultimative undisturbed mining!
Instance anything unscannable at a first comes first served agenda…easy…same has to be done for mission spots and escalation spots…official(to see for everyone) roid belts should be the only thing where ganker should even exist.
Bottom line
Didn’t you get banned forums? I question your knowledge on the topic of how to be social and check up on the well being of others.
So:
- I could hide my whole PvP fleet in an opponents Nullsec or WH system by just warping in a a Combat Site and he has no single way to ever touch me because he simply can’t combatscan my ships any more?
- I can repair and refit there or wait out my timers, or wait for reinforcements to arrive and there is absolutely nothing the system defender can do any more to put me on pressure?
- I could make all Combat Sites in a HighClass WH totally inaccessible for the system owner by just warping a cheap frig in there? He can’t warp there any more and he has no way to scan me to stop it?
