Pointing out the influence Marx has had on modern progressive frameworks (in particular, the constellation of philosophies known as “Theory”) has nothing to do with “Marxist revolutionaries”. You do realize Marx was a philosopher, right, and that past philosophers influence present philosophers, right?

Cool story. I’m still awaiting your refutation of anything I wrote in that thread. So far you’ve offered nothing but twitter level hurfablurfing and accusing me of “conspiracy theories”. Mechanisms for what though? To hold some fleet event someplace? From interuption from others? I don’t know what are you are referring towards. Why do Capsuleers join large Alliances? They hold private events? I can think of Titan Chicken Destruction Timer would be my first guess.
I am skeptical that this doesn’t already happen with Corp held events and private contracts to it’s members to issue rewards?
I’m actually dumbfounded to think that it doesn’t. Why be in some Alliance then if things like that don’t happen?

My Corp holds it’s own events and makes enough isk to give some of it away I do not see how some large corp is not swimming in isk right now?
Well, if the in game mechanisms for Corp and Alliance memberships didnt exist, but needed to be devised by the players, simply changing corps might be a lot more complex. Or simpler too, thats possible.
Okay so I think I am starting to understand the reference, could this also be due to the discussions regarding the approaching delivery of the Faction Warfare system upgrade?

So to revisit this;
We already have a way of joining or a corp, the selection process my guess are reviewed and a pilots history is like a resume. The Capsuleer joins for a reason and it is the ruleset for joining that maintains that member which can be seen as simular where a Capsuleer continues to play Eve Online as their personal free time lines up with others who they get along with ingame to do the things they like and reason they signed up for the Corp in the first place.
That’s the best I can describe my thinking right now.
