im one of the little guys trying to mine in high sec.
several time per week , i log in , search for ore , find empty belts everywhere, and log off. op success ccp.

my behaviour is definitly inflenced.

ccp needs to find a better way to balance economy.

I find the npc mining fleets as a non-issue, the only impact is that they keep miners active an moving, and the lazy out of mining.
