What exactly is the issue? The fact that you weren’t here every day for the rewards and expect to be given them just because?

What do you expect to happen? For CCP to notice your post and give you 325k SP just for whining about it?
Next year just log on more. You don’t even have to play, just launch the client and claim the rewards.
Downtime almost always starts a few seconds after 11:00. So you can stay online with the Daily Login window open and press the claim button at exactly 11:00 to get those SPs. I’ve done it at least once.
