Plex Buy seems to be broken

I have had 2 buy orders for Plex get filled from null players and was unable to move either of them to my plex vault. In the first case a GM was able to move it for me but in the second, GM Ophis said there was nothing he could do and that I’d have to travel the 51 jumps to the originating station in Null (to which I don’t have access) and get the Plex in person.

This seems like a glitch to me.

It certainly doesn’t make the Plex market easier to use if you have to travel across the universe to access your purchases.

It would be nice if someone could deal with this issue before I have to plex an account with the Plex I do not have…

I found player owned stations hard to use for moving plex as well. Have you tried contracting the items to yourself or an alt and then accept it in an NPC station? That helped me move the Plex to my vault.
