PLEX for GOOD, EVE and CCP updates

@CCP_Dopamine @CCP_Aurora

Almost 2 months ago this ‘PLEX For Good’ Dev Blog was posted which stated:

PLEX for GOOD collection for COVID-19. The program will continue to run at least throughout June.

Now that the month of June is over, is this program still running? If so then how long will it continue or if it’s now concluded, how much money was raised?

I’d like to also address this statement from the Dev Blog:

Virtual Masks are making their way into New Eden and will be a reward for everyone who donates.

When will the players who donated PLEX get these Virtual Masks?

@DeMichael_Crimson Blue isn’t your style? :wink:

Or maybe it’s because these aren’t N95? OH MY GOD DOPAMINE/AURORA ARE THESE N95???

Project Discovery Light Blue Face Masks are fine, I already have a few of them. :slightly_smiling_face:

However, now that the month of June is over I’d like to know if the current ‘PLEX For Good’ program is now concluded and if so, how much money was raised? If not then how long will the program continue and when will the players who donated PLEX receive the Face Masks as promised in this Dev Blog?

Also since these Face Masks are rewarded to players who’ve donated PLEX, they better be a different color compared to the ones gained from Project Discovery. :wink:

I agree. If memory serves, I believe the video showed the prototype masks to be gray? That would better match the Trent Reznor-of-Nine Inch Nails look you’ve got going on. Still isn’t an excuse not to wear your mask! Don’t be vain! Protect yourself and promote COVID-19 awareness! Even Scoots has his on, and it doesn’t exactly go well with the rest of his outfit :smile:

Instead of playing dead, how about posting a reply in your own damn thread every once in a while.

:unamused:

Yeah, I think those masks are more like dark blue color.

Wow you’re right, my portrait does have a Trent Reznor look.

That’s very true, so in keeping with the spirit I’ve changed my portrait to help promote safety and COVID-19 awareness during these trying times, which includes wearing full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
