Plex not appearing in Plex Vault


I made a plex purchase on this character, and it has never appeared. Please see ticket 1991455.

This issue is specific to this account, as I have purchased plex on other accounts (my main) with no issue.

Only support can resolve this, GM’s will contact you via the support system.

Any ideas on how long this will take? It’s been 48 hours since opening the support ticket, with no replies so far.
