Tried to move PLEX from deliveries to PLEX vault, but none of them were added to account. When triying to withdraw/deposit PLEX from/to vault, i’m getting error below:
Tested on 2 accounts, same results.
Should i contact support or is there currently an issue with plex vault ?
When buying plex off the market it does not arrive in the plex vault too.
Any update on this. I just tried to transfer plex to my vault on 3 different characters and the plex just disappeared.
Please use the support ticket function for help on this - nobody on the forums can research PLEX crediting issues. They’ll let you know if you need to also submit a bug report.
