Purchased Plex Not Showing on my Account

Before the EVE Fans come out of the wood work asking dumb questions, yes I have put in a ticket, NO I am not on Steam! Yes, I have checked my Bank Account and EVE Account both show EVE was Paid Directly with transaction stating PAID!, 2 hours and counting nothing on my account!

As a long time MMO Player, but first time playing your product this does not look good on your part. I did order your monthly OMEGA pack enjoyed playing the game past 2 days, but when I get burned in a transactions on digital currency that is a definite RED FLAG for me. I have hence canceled my on going monthly OMEGA Package and will not be renewing it.

Enjoy the 25.84 you received as it will be the last you receive from me. Thanks I cannot say it has been a pleasure.

You waited a full two hours?

The first time you buy PLEX can take a longer than normal amount of time for the items to appear in your PLEX vault. You should know this as a long time MMO player, as it is a standard practice. I would contact support once 24 hours have passed (although you already have so try not to spam them).

Welcome to Eve. There are really a Lot of stuff in this game that will cause annoyance. Even if your transactions are successful there will still be other things in the game that might make you angry.. :slightly_smiling_face:
