I got a t2 reprocessing fit athanor making 250-500m a month in reprocessing ice and ore. Looking for a price check for a possible sale, due to RL.
It’s a freeport station and serviced by push industries for easy hauling.
close to ice field and plenty of systems with regular ore around - close to low sec as well.

Yes i own it - it’s set up as a freeport for the local miners to use for refining. Currently at 1%.
