Problem notification discord

Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue — I code on a Mac, but I play on Windows.

I need to see notifications at the bottom of the screen so they catch my eye and I can join the fleet. Also, I’d like to see the recent ping history in the notification panel, which should normally be possible.

I’m currently on Windows 11, but I was previously using Windows 10.
I even created a separate account specifically for fleet pings to be sure I didn’t mess up some obscure setting.

Here’s the status of my settings:

  • System → Notifications: enabled
  • System → Do Not Disturb: disabled
  • System → Focus Assist: disabled
  • System → Notifications → Discord:
    • Notifications: enabled
    • Show banners: enabled
    • Show notifications in notification center: enabled
    • Notification priority: high
    • Play a sound: enabled

Discord → Status: Online
Discord → Notification settings:

  • Only @mentions: enabled
  • Push notifications to phone: enabled

Thanks in advance for your help — I really don’t understand what’s going on. I feel like ever since the latest Discord patches, nothing works anymore.

Is it possible that the minimize to tray mode prevents notifications from showing?
