I’m not entirely sure if this is the right forum to ask for this on so if there is somewhere else i should put this then I will.
Anyways, I’m currently doing software development at college but I’m not actually competent in any programming language yet and I would like a program for eve but written with comments on the code so I can actually somewhat understand whats going on.
Anyways, the program in question is a Faction Warfare system tracker which should be able to/have the following features:

Ability to view all the systems in a single warzone and their contested level alongside the kills in said system in the last hour(and average pilots in the last 30minutes if possible)

It should be able to plot the systems contest level onto a simple graph - Such as the ones seen here on dotlan https://i.imgur.com/A2KTJN1.png - The graph should be able to toggle between Last 24 Hours and Last 7 Days.

The user should be able to assign systems to a particular alliance and display the systems progress etc. on the front page for everyone to see

I would also like an SSO login for this so only people from alliances that have access to the site can access the information after logging in via SSO - Would also like to be able to add individuals to this ‘Access List’ of sorts.

It should display the highest contested friendly systems for your militia at the bottom of the page (illustrated in the pic below)

I’m not 100% sure about how much ISK one would want to make this so if you know you’re able to do all of this, eve mail me with how much it will cost and how long it will take.
