Progressive NPC taxation based on security rating

My proposal is simple. NPC taxation formula based on security rating (SR) of a system.

Tax (%) = Constant * SR

I propose 30 as the constant. This will mean 30% tax in 1.0 security space vs 3% in 0.1. All trade hubs will probably move to 0.5 sec as a result.

Does not apply to nullsec or non-New Eden space.

Npc taxes by sec status isn’t a bad idea. Not as steep as 30% though.
