Projected Repair Amount (GUI Improvement)

When an undocked player mouses over a fitted armor/shield/hull repairer, highlight in a different color on the ship’s respective armor/shield/hull bars how much will be repaired.

Dev time is needed because you’re you lazy for simple math?

I think this is pretty neat idea for many different things. When ever someone redoes the ship HUD, then this kind of mechanic should be used for multiple things. Hovering over a module could high light capacitor usage, repair amount, estimated damage done to the target or anything else that has graphical presentation for the value.
