I agree, it’s annoying that it’s hard to tell which skills are Alpha unless you log in on a character in Alpha state.

I can see a couple of reasons to more easily see Alpha skills while your account is in an Omega state:

  1. You are temporarily Omega and expect to become Alpha in the future. In that case it’s useful to know which Alpha skills you don’t have yet so you know what to train.
  2. You are helping an Alpha player as Omega player. You could tell them what to train and to which level if only you knew which skills are available for them.
  3. You want to make Alpha-friendly ship fits, but need to know which skills are available for them.

While all of these scenarios can be solved by going through the EVE uni wiki or by making another Alpha account to see which skills are available to Alpha players, it would be convenient if Omega accounts could see Alpha skill limits.
