Agreed an in-game method to easily identify alpha skills would be pretty useful.

Click show to expand the Alpha skill list. Copy the skills and insert them to your in-game notepad (or send it to your alts from one of your characters) by inserting it to an EVEmail like I did for myself, see example below.
On the right hand side have the Alpha skills and maximum levels listed to can see while managing my skills.
But as I wrote this should be featured in-game in a much more convenient way.
