Or just colour the blocks white for alpha skills and blue beyond that, so an omega can see instantly how much higher than an alpha their skill(s) is.
Think the opposite of the current alpha display for skills trained over what an alpha can use when the account reverts to alpha. (white for usable, yellow for trained above an alpha)
